1.1. At Oplii Inc. (“Oplii”), we recognize the importance of user / client / customer privacy. We collect, use and disclose your personal information only by lawful and fair means that are mindful of your privacy rights.

4.1. By creating an account with Oplii, using our website, or otherwise using our services, Oplii assumes that you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent, in whole or in part, at any time on reasonable notice to our Privacy Officer (contact information below).
4.2. In some situations Oplii may request your express consent which may be given orally, electronically or in writing.

5.1. Oplii maintains physical, procedural and technical safeguards that are reasonably sufficient to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, misuse or modification of your personal information. These safeguards include but are not necessarily limited to restricted access to offices, limiting access to information on a “need-to-know” basis, and technological measures such as passwords and encryption.
5.2. Personal information collected by Oplii will be retained for a minimum of 90 days and personal information that is no longer required for the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased for made anonymous after one year for any inactive account, or 90 days after account cancellation.
5.3. All staff members of Oplii receive training on our Privacy Policy and protection of personal information.
Access to Your Personal Information:
6.1. You may request access to the personal information that Oplii has about you. Your request must be in writing and directed to our Privacy Officer (contact information below). Oplii may request sufficient information to confirm your identity before releasing your personal information to you.
6.2. Subject to applicable legislation, upon your request Oplii will disclose whether or not we hold personal information about you, access to that information, and an account of third parties to whom the information has been or may have been disclosed. If possible and appropriate Oplii will also provide you with the source of the information. Oplii will endeavour to provide this information to you as quickly as possible.
6.3. Oplii may charge a reasonable fee for retrieval and copying of your personal information. If the retrieval or copying related to your request is extensive, we will notify you of the fee prior to proceeding.

7.1. You have the right to request a correction of the personal information that Oplii holds about you. Oplii will endeavor correct any inaccurate information that is brought to our attention as quickly as possible.

8.1. From time to time, Oplii may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our policies and procedures or to comply with privacy legislation. When a revision is made, we will post an updated Privacy Policy on our website. Revisions to our Privacy Policy will apply to any personal information collected after the posting date as well as to personal information held by Oplii at such time.
